Experience the beauty of the mountains surrounding the Karak region on this scenic hike. We will start the day in Rakin Village, descending into Wadi Tawaheen before continuing to Wadi Zaiytin, located directly below Karak Castle. From there, a short yet challenging ascent takes us up to the castle, followed by steps leading into the old town. We will pass by the castle and continue south through the striking limestone valley of Wadi Dab’a. After one final uphill section, the hike concludes at the abandoned village of Ainun.
What To Bring?

Around 25 L backpack to carry the belongings you need for the day
Trail snacks, such as chocolate, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, etc.
Personal mug (important!) Let’s try to reduce waste!
Comfortable hiking/walking clothes

Warm layer (fleece, wind breaker, or a down jacket)
Flip flops/sandals to wear around the campsite

If the trip is canceled 30 - 11 days before departure, 20% of the payment is non-refundable.
If the trip is canceled 10 days or less before departure, 50% of the payment is non-refundable.
