As part of our social responsibility, TREKS collaborated with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation many years ago to conduct several fundraising hiking trips, where all the gathered funds from those trips went to support cancer patients in the country.
Join us this weekend as we hike one of the most spectacular wadis in Jordan, Wadi Karak, we will be hiking the lower trail of wadi Karak, hiking upstream between the lush green vegetation of oleander and tamarix plants until we make it to the impressive sandstone narrow gorge of the wadi, we will pass a 80 meters high waterfall and have a tea break, the water level varies from ankle-deep to knee deep offering many opportunities to cool down and soak in the stream, after the tea break we will hike back to the bus and have a home cooked lunch on the bus before heading back to Amman
