Dana is Jordan’s largest nature reserve, home to a great variety of wildlife. It is a merging spot of species from three continents, Europe, Africa, and Asia, with over 700 plant species and over 190 bird species.
We began hiking a new trail in the Dana Biosphere Reserve which turned out to be quite the experience and a wonderful hike indeed. The hike offers incredible views overlooking Dana and Wadi Araba to the west. We will stop midway to enjoy our tea break amid beautiful sandstone formations. After the hike, we will meet our bus to drive to our lunch stop before returning to Amman.
