The hike begins amid beautiful oak and pine forests, gradually leading to a sandstone plateau overlooking one of the world’s greatest geological wonders — the Great Rift Valley. From this point, you’ll enjoy sweeping views of the dramatic mountains, valleys, and sand dunes of the Dana Reserve. We’ll pause at a stunning viewpoint to sip tea and take in the breathtaking scenery of Wadi Araba and the distant mountains of Palestine. The experience concludes with a well-deserved, authentic local meal before returning to Amman.
