Dana is Jordan’s largest nature reserve, home to a great variety of wildlife. It is a merging spot of species from three continents, Europe, Africa, and Asia, with over 700 plant species and over 190 bird species.
We began hiking a new trail in the Dana Biosphere Reserve, which turned out to be quite the experience and a wonderful hike indeed. The hike offers incredible views overlooking Dana and Wadi Araba to the west. We will stop midway to enjoy our tea break amid beautiful sandstone formations.
